Our services rely on third-party AI models (for example, those offered by OpenAI and Anthropic). Those providers do not warrant that AI output is free of third-party intellectual-property claims. Accordingly, PulseGloba provides AI Content on an "AS IS" basis and makes no warranty that its use will not infringe the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
