PulseGloba ("we," "us," or "our") is a business-to-business technology provider operated by Michael Macchiarella in Boca Raton, Florida. We process information primarily on behalf of our business clients and collect standard business contact information.
To provide and maintain our services; to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you; to improve our services and diagnose issues; and to meet legal and security obligations.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, AI model providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic, and our hosting/email providers), who are limited to using it to provide services to us; when required by law; or with your consent.
AI processing occurs in standalone, air-gapped environments isolated from clients' core systems. We do not use client data to train general-purpose AI models, and we use commercially reasonable efforts to use no-data-retention provider endpoints where available. Please do not submit sensitive or regulated information you would not want a third-party provider to process.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including our air-gapped architecture (tools that do not write to your core systems), encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls limiting data access to authorized purposes.
Client-provided business documents processed by our tools are typically retained only briefly (about 30 days) after processing and then securely deleted. Contact and account information is retained while you have an active relationship with us and for a reasonable period afterward as required by law or legitimate business need.
Under the Florida Information Protection Act (Florida Statute §501.171), if a breach of security results in unauthorized access to personal information in our systems, we will provide notice no later than 30 days after discovery, to affected individuals and, where applicable, the Florida Department of Legal Affairs.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. As of January 1, 2023, these rights also extend to business-to-business contact information. You have the right to know, to delete, and to correct personal information we hold about you. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no need to opt out. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below; we will verify and respond within the timeframes the law requires.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact information held by us. Just reach out using the contact details below.
