AI Use Notice & Responsible-AI Statement

Effective date: June 17, 2026 · Last updated: June 17, 2026
This notice explains how artificial intelligence is used in PulseGloba's solutions, the limits of that AI, and the human controls that keep you in charge.

How we use AI

PulseGloba builds standalone tools that use AI to do routine drafting and data work — drafting a reply, extracting figures from a document, sorting and scoring leads, flagging dates. The AI does the heavy lifting; your team makes every decision.

The Validator Methodology — a human approves everything

Every PulseGloba tool is built so that AI output is treated as a draft only. The AI has no authority to act. It presents its work on a dashboard; a qualified person on your team reviews it, edits if needed, and clicks Approve. Nothing is sent, exported, or acted upon until that human approval happens.

AI has limits — it can be wrong

AI models can make confident mistakes. They can hallucinate, misread information, or produce outdated or incomplete results. Because of this, human review is mandatory, and AI output should never be relied upon without verification by a qualified person.

No autonomous action

Our tools cannot send emails or texts, update databases, move money, or execute transactions on their own. Any such action requires explicit human approval through the dashboard.

Air-gapped by design

Our tools are standalone. They do not connect to, write to, or modify your core systems (accounting, CRM, calendar, ledger). They have no write-access to your systems of record, so if the AI errs, your core business keeps running.

Your data

Client data is processed in isolated environments. We do not use it to train general-purpose AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Ongoing monitoring

Our maintenance retainer includes monitoring for "drift" (AI accuracy declining over time) and tuning the AI's instructions to keep results sharp, along with a client-controlled "break-glass" switch to disable the tool instantly if ever needed.

Third-party AI providers

Our services use third-party AI models (for example, OpenAI and Anthropic). Those providers do not warrant that AI output is free of third-party intellectual-property claims. PulseGloba provides AI output on an "AS IS" basis. See our Terms & Disclaimer.

Not professional advice; no guarantees

AI output is not legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. Descriptions of capabilities or results are illustrative, not guarantees — results vary, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
